  • What if you are out of the size I ordered?

    An email will be sent to you once your order has been received alerting you that we are temporarily out of stock. You will have the option to wait until the item is back in stock, to select another size or style, or to cancel your order.

  • How do I know which size to purchase for my child?

    We always suggest one size larger than the age of your child. Please check our size chart to see detailed measurements for each style and size.

  • Do you have any promotions?

    We occasionally have promotions! Being a part of our mailing list is one way to hear about them first!

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.
    Prices are in USD, and payment is accepted only in USD.


  • I need to cancel my order!

    We will be happy to cancel any items off of your order that have not already shipped. If your order has already been processed, we cannot cancel the item. Please see Exchanges and Returns.

  • What if I want to Return or Exchange my jacket?

    We want your shopping experience to be a pleasurable one. As a result, we are happy to accept exchanges within 30 days from receipt of purchase, excluding sale items. Items must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging and with hang tags still attached.
    Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    If a free shipping offer was used, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Credit will be applied back to the purchaser’s credit card within 3 business days of the date the jacket was received by us.
    Please email us at sales@jisforjacket.com regarding exchanges or returns to receive detailed instructions along with an RA number. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    Please note that if the item was a gift, we will be unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order.
    Must include desired new size for exchanges; for orders within the continental US, we will send the new size back to you at no cost.
    You will be responsible for paying shipping charges to send a jacket back to us to exchange or return, unless the item is damaged/defective.


  • What is the cost for shipping?

    Our shipping costs vary. Please see our shipping calculator to see what your shipping charge will come to. For international orders, please see our shipping details.

  • How can I track my order?

    An email will be sent to you once your order has been processed with a tracking number included. Please use the provided tracking number to see the status of your order.

  • Will I be charged sales tax?

    Sales tax is based on the shipping address.
    Sales tax is only applied to addresses within California.
