Freight Charges
Unless otherwise specified by us, all United States and Canada orders will be shipped either UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost. Freight charges are automatically applied to each order, and are based on the total number of jackets being shipped to one address. Rates for deliveries in the continental United States are set according to the following chart. (California residents will also be charged 9.50% sales tax.) .

Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select orders’ processing timing will be confirmed via email. Most orders received before 10:00 AM PST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day, and orders received after 10:00 AM, will be shipped the following business day. Orders received during the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Occasionally, rush orders are not able to be shipped on the same day even if received before 10:00 AM, and thus the reason why orders are confirmed at the time the order is reviewed by J is for Jacket.
UPS Ground/FedEx SmartPost:
Orders will be shipped to arrive within 2-8 business days.
$9.95 shipping, discount of $7.00 for every additional jacket purchased.
Three Day Select:
Orders will arrive three business days after they are shipped.
$23.95 shipping, discount of $9.00 for every additional jacket purchased.
Second Day Air:
Second Day Air orders will arrive two business days after they are shipped.
$29.95 shipping, discount of $13.00 for every additional jacket purchased.
Next Day Air Saver:
Next Day Air orders will arrive one business day after they are shipped.
$57.95 shipping, discount of $15.00 for every additional jacket purchased.
Please note: On Next Day Air Saver, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select backordered items will be sent UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost (not the originally selected method) once the item is back in inventory.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or FedEx SmartPost. Standard shipping to these locations costs $23.95, and the $14.00 difference will be requested for payment prior to shipment.
International Orders
Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
International orders are handled on an order-by-order basis. Jackets should be ordered on our site without shipping costs included. We will then determine the international shipping costs via DHL, FedEx SmartPost or the U.S. Postal Service based on your country and the weight of the package. You will then be sent an email with the shipping costs, followed by a PayPal money request for this amount. Once we have received funds for the freight costs, we will process your order and provide tracking information to you.
Canada
Shipping to Canada is via UPS International Standard Ground service, DHL or FedEx SmartPost. UPS Worldwide Expedited (estimated at 2 business days) and UPS Worldwide Express Saver (estimated at 1 business day) are also available. Jackets should be ordered on our site without shipping costs included. We will then determine the international shipping costs via UPS, or FedEx SmartPost based on your country and the weight of the package. You will then be sent an email with the shipping costs, followed by a PayPal money request for this amount. Once we have received funds for the freight costs, we will process your order and provide tracking information to you. Please be sure to include your telephone number with your order.
All Other Countries
International orders to any other country are sent via DHL, FedEx SmartPost, or the U.S. Postal Service, and generally takes between three and ten days. Jackets should be ordered on our site without shipping costs included. We will then determine the international shipping costs based on your country and the weight of the package. You will then be sent an email with the shipping costs, followed by a PayPal money request for this amount. Once we have received funds for the freight costs, we will process your order and provide tracking information to you. Please be sure to include your telephone number with your order.
Customs and Duties
You, the customer, are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes. For information on duties, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that should you refuse your shipment by not paying the charges, we will not issue credit for your order, nor will we pay to have the package returned to us. The customs office will destroy the merchandise. Please check with your local office before making a purchase.
