Returns & Exchanges
We want your shopping experience to be a pleasurable one. As a result, we are happy to accept exchanges within 30 days from receipt of purchase, excluding sale items. Items must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging and with the hang tag still attached.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a free shipping offer was used, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Credits will be applied back to the purchaser's credit card within 3 business days of the date the jacket was received by us. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without a RMA number. Please email us at email@example.com for the RMA number. Exchanges and returns should be insured and sent to the following address:

Remember to include a note stating the desired new size or style for exchanges. Please note that if the item was a gift, we will be unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order.
For exchanges, we will send the larger or smaller size back to you with no shipping costs if you have a continental U.S. address. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping charges to send the original jacket back to us to exchange. These costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
Canceling An Order
We will be happy to cancel any items off of your order that have not already shipped. Please email us with the details. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel the item.
