1. Do you offer gift certificates and gift wrapping? Unfortunately, we do not offer either one at this time.
  2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. All prices are in U.S. dollars, and payment must be made in U.S. dollars.
  3. Will I be charged sales tax? Sales tax is based on the shipping address, not billing address. Sales tax will be only be charged for shipping to addresses within California. The current rate is 9.00%.

  5. How can I track my order? An email will be sent to you once your order is received, confirming your order and provides the estimated ship date. Another is sent when it is shipped and provides the tracking number. You may track your order at either www.ups.com , www.fedex.com, or www.usps.com depending on which shipper is used, or at www.dhl-usa.com, www.fedex.com, or www.usps.com for international orders.
  6. What if you are out of the size I ordered? An email will be sent to you once your order has been received alerting you that we are temporarily out of stock. You will have the option to have your item backordered for shipment as soon as the item is back in inventory, or you may either select another size or style, or cancel your order. Your credit card or PayPal account will be credited the charged amount. You will be notified to reorder the item again when the item is in stock, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged at that time, and the item will be shipped.
